- Incorporating companies in Lebanon, handling the entire companies’ corporate file and preparing the minutes of meetings thereof.
- Counseling and drafting legal opinions with respect to banking, commercial, tax matters and others.

Miscellaneous - January 2001- January2002: In charge of preparing manuals concerning military instructions at the Ministry of Defense in the course of military service when acting as officer.
- December 2002- March 2005: General Secretary of the Committee of FUTSAL in the Lebanese Football Federation.
